I haven’t reached ground turkey part of diet and doubt I do. Although at about 4000 calories a day I’m coke g about 2000 deficit and I feel like ot sucks not even lean yet but my body is used ot being 20’s. I bet if I did another week got to 280 and then slowed down my weight loss to 2-3 pounds a week it would be better but a man a has goals and I want to be so Maintainence for a month before cycle of slight surpluse like 300 over
