I put UGM member in notes last time for free shipping, but had paid via BC before I think you could take it off overall price.

Should I have done it via ticket before paying??

Make a support ticket for Platinum and give him your bitcoin wallet and tell him you weren’t supposed to pay for shipping because you’re at UGM. He will refund you the shipping fee to your bitcoin wallet.
If you make another order today don’t pay until Platiunum removes the shipping fee. Put it in the notes that you get free shipping and he will remove the fee. Then you can pay.

I’m not worried about the shipping from last order.

I was under the impression that I had to pay right away after putting the other stuff in notes, so I did. I’m not super great at navigating BC payments and know how to complete the transaction, but not when to wait for manual edits of things from Platinum and whatnot.

I shall give it a shot again and see! If not, can’t complain, because the order literally arrived two days later after payment.
