One of my old tricks…take a mountain dew and take a good pull off of it…put an emergenC in it and mix it by swirling the bottle.

Old school energy drink.
 
A lot of the pwo is too strong for me. Other than Dbol and Adrol. Caffeine in coffee or Dews is about all I need.

Todays pwo for me is 100mg dbol inject 20 halo and pump mix with 200 mg caffien bout to head to gym. Wanted to be prepared to max again if I’m feeling it so halo. If not the dbol will
Make sure that I just have great pump workout
