How we doing folks!!
I hope everyone is well, happy mentally, and able to lift and move around as they please.
So… we’re 3 weeks out from Junior Nationals, in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
Pretty sore from posing and lifting, really been getting after it, and I think it’s starting to show. I just hope it’s good enough for this level of competition.
Diet is as followed:
Calories: 1800-2000
Macros: 40-40-20 (Not really 20 though… as I don’t really have fats besides avocado )
Carbs: 180
Protein: 180
Diet:
Chicken
Steak
Ground Beef/Turkey
Kablasa
Whole Wheat Pasta
Oatmeal
Egg Whites
Eggs
Brown Rice
Ezekial Bread
Avocado
Red Potatoes
Sweet Potatoes
Onions
Veggies
This is literally it, as far as diet goes, I DO NOT VEER FROM THIS
Supplements:
Dynmatize Protein (Fruity Pebbles, I use hot water, not milk, soy milk or almond milk as they contain sugar cane)
BCAAS
Creatine Hydrocholride
Psyllium Husk
Nicacin
Old School Labs Fat Burner (These shits are fire, however, you have to be about 10-12% body-fat to see results)
Total War Pre Work-Out
Gallon of Water per day
Other Supps…
Tren Acetate 100mg (Monday & Friday, 1/2 CC ---->> 50MG, therefore 100MG per week of Tren Ace)
Anavar 10MG (Monday-Wednesday-Friday, 20MG per those days)
Hitting the gym 6 days a week via 2-a-days.
Mornings I lift, and evenings I do cardio which is treadmill for 30 mikes and stair-master for 30 mikes.
Stair-Master is really helping to develop the hamstrings and glutes. As I lift hard in the mornings, this is also helping me to further drop water.
Mon - Legs -Abs
Tues - Chest- Abs
Wed - Back-Abs
Thur - Biceps/Shoulders-Abs
Fri - Triceps/Shoulders-Abs
I do leg lifts and leg raises everyday at the end of workout. I’m in there for a good hour.
My sunken face is pretty deep at this point.
Again, I hope this is good enough for the level of competition at Jr. Nationals.
Any UG Merch that I could wear while there???
