Have been seeing some posts bout gh that last few days and I have been thinking about it more being more on the noobie side of things. Thinking of using it when I can set a standard diet and training program in around 6 months. How does it work. What does it do to your body and how can and should take it. Should you do blood work as well? Some questions bout a compound I have no idea about

I like to take it for longevity 2iu a day before bedtime but you can just take it subq mourn and night at a different amount between 2iu-15iu
The higher dosages are for bodybuilding there’s different kinds now so definitely do your research on what’s the best.
You can test your blood for igf1 levels or for gh serum levels.
Ask any questions that you have within the rules
 
I usually take GH a minimum of 6-8 months, by then you should be able to see the difference in your body (better sleep/ hair / skin / fat loss / crapping). Everybody is different so start slow build up your tolerance. Like @Bigmurph said 2ius is for longevity taken daily before bed on an empty stomach at least 2 hours after your last meal (always that’s what I did). For me I seemed to grow the best at anywhere from 6-8 ius daily but I started with 2ius for the first two weeks to see how my body reacted then increased from there another 2 ius for about month then increased again another 6 weeks, etc. stacking like this / increasing slowly over a period of time keep the side effects down - crapping / carpal tunnel issues. I had very mild issues only after maxing out days in the gym. Anyway just my two cents. I do love GH and it’s a staple in my program but I only run it 8 months on and 4 months off now - which helps my body reset. Also if you run it you should be taking Berberine - helps to control insulin sensitivity which High doses can cause.
 
No - no pct is required. Your body resets to your natural balance gh or reproduction. Do note GH over usage or high doses can / will cause your body natural production of gh to decrease. This is natural even as we age it decreases.
