Interesting read. Those in the study were female, but it still leads to an interesting question. There are those who stay on adex while on TRT long term. It seems like the evidence correlates enough to warrant a Dexa scan for those using adex long term. To track bone density.

I think similar issues as bone density affected by estrogen levels.

It’s hard to use results from these studies as we use those compounds to keep estrogen in proper range not to lower them to fight breast cancer usually

A fair point to be sure. And test plays a significant role in increasing bone density… but I still think anyone who is using it long term as trt regimen should be keeping an eye on it.
