I don’t eat nearly enough. I have a job that’s production based so breaks are clocked short and finding time to eat what I should is hard. But tonight it’s chicken, rice with mixed veggies.
We just pushed to mandatory 11 hour days M-Th and 9 hours on Fridays. Two 15 minute breaks and a 30. Haven’t thought of making a shake at work but maybe pre-make them and bring them with me. I definitely need to find a routine that helps fuel me better.
I really hate shakes, I do always have some on hand and usually use them when it’s cold out and I have to be outside as I find my body burns a lot of calories while tryin to keep me warm
