Another whats for dinner thread

I don’t eat nearly enough. I have a job that’s production based so breaks are clocked short and finding time to eat what I should is hard. But tonight it’s chicken, rice with mixed veggies.
 
I work 10 hours shift with 2 two 30 minute breaks and get enough every day. I do two double shakes a day so that helps protein wise
 
We just pushed to mandatory 11 hour days M-Th and 9 hours on Fridays. Two 15 minute breaks and a 30. Haven’t thought of making a shake at work but maybe pre-make them and bring them with me. I definitely need to find a routine that helps fuel me better.

There’s a couple fridges in the break room. Guess I’ll roll the dice that no one would take it. Lol
 
I really hate shakes, I do always have some on hand and usually use them when it’s cold out and I have to be outside as I find my body burns a lot of calories while tryin to keep me warm
 
Ha ha put your name on it and then proceed to threaten everyone that opens that fridge

Lol Can’t say I’m massive yet but I’m sure at 6’2 roughly 195lbs they may think twice. Guess we shall see. I like what @John said though. Hahahaha!
