Any Thoughts Or Experiences On German Volume Training

If your body responds to it well, GVT and AGVT can be great… the hard part is keeping moderation in the weights

Phil Hernon RIP, is all I get in my mind. When he lived out here he would kinda of do that premise
Or 10 sets in between training clients. I’m a hard impress but he was thick and grainy. He was talking to me 20+ years ago(30?) Fuck. Anyway, I was doing smith squats, he came in after my last set 315 x a lot, then 405 just hardly breathing. On that note, keep checking each other’s mental side of things.
