I have ran GC Winny several times… usually during training camp. Either during the first 3-4 weeks or at the end of it for the last 3-4 weeks depending on the length of camp and what I’m trying to achieve
Phenomenal, and very rapid results every time. Strength, power, and explosiveness goes up even when I’m on a strict diet and pushing to make weight.
50mg per day is more than enough for me personally.
