Has anyone use icy hot for PIP? The old lady suggested it I’m against it because it’s not an actual muscle cramp per se… leg is just a little stiffer than usual… Thanks
I would probably stay away from it for pip…at least right off. For the reason that I don’t think you’re supposed to put that stuff on broken skin. I might be wrong.
Thanks yall… Whole cycle has been smooth… Last two pins been a little rough. Lost a little bit of flexibility in the legs. (Quad shots) old lady tries though:rofl:… I was like yea i think thats more for muscle stiffness to to overworked or some kind of cramp… Not a lil gear build up…:muscle:thanks again…

for all your aches and pains, lifes troubles and situations …chances are we’ve dealt with it and can either tell you what works and/or what not to do….
Stretch it out. You need to keep hydrated and flexibility. Lay down on floor with legs out. Bring one foot up to the side of your hips. You should feel a real good stretch in quad if done right. moving hips can make it less or more intense.
Try to move the muscle if you can, foam roll(it will hurt bad), Ive never used icy hot for pip. Ive only got it a couple of times, and I just toughed it out usually.
