April 10th edition of diets and training

Got off work this morning and trained arms. Had a real good workout.
No carb day except for tonight’s cheat meal. Nice big strip steak, penne ala vodka, garlic bread.
Connolli, cookies and cream puffs for dessert.
Dropped 3lb this week so I’ve earned it
 
Caught up on sleep today hopefully that doesn’t stop me from getting sleep this morning that means I’m behind in food so making grilled ham and cheddar will have ice cream to to get cals in
