Hi all..I managed to pull my head a little bit outta my ass this morning,and went to gym and tire flipped,5, 4min intervals,then went inside and did legs.
Breakfast was pineapple n strawberries mushed up in my peach chobani,1 plain bagel light toasted,4 turkey sausage,coffee water.Lunch was 2 turkey n white American on fancy bread,lettuce tomato banana peppers,5 HB egg white,chobani,cranberry juice.Dinner will be who the fuck knows.
My beautiful daughter turns 14 tomorrow,where the hell did time go? It also makes me wonder how much time did I waste in the last 11 years...more then I'd like to admit.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
