APRIL 11TH EDITION OF DIETS AND TRAINING.

Hi all.Tire flipped at gym this am,5,4 min intervals that it.
Breakfast was 5 HB egg whites,4 turkey sausage,peach drinkable chobani,banana,water.
Lunch was 2 cups basmati rice,12 oz flank steak rare and a salad,romaine,tomatoes,carrots,bananna peppers,chic peas,a bit of balsamic vinegar.
Not sure about dinners....
Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
struggling today no shits so sleep was bad skipped gym for trying to get more sleep will go after work but man I feel terrible. I’ve even had milk with nothing moving. Reminds of when using lots of meth on accident how it stopped me yo but I wasn’t eating the.
 
Went to the gym with a plan and threw it out the window when I got there. Did Bis Tris and calf's instead. Had toast and egg whites. Protein shake and banana.
I'm grateful for @John daily accountability log. As I'm entering this I realized I haven't eaten shit today and it's almost 17:00!!!!!
