March 25th Issue Of Diets And Training.

Hi everyone.im so far behind in my daily life that I wasn't even gonna post,but I'm home now,and i love it,I enjoy isolating/ hanging out with myselfs,lol.Fuck.
Breakfast was real bacon,hardly ever eat it,it was soooooo fucking salty,I loved it,drinkable peach chobani,2 piece of toast,lightly buttered,5 HB egg whites,bananna and water.i did traps and forearms after breakfast.
Lunch was 2 chic breasts,olive oil,garlic powder,onion powder,cayenne pepper,approximately 2 cups of Basmati,raw carrots,bell peppers,cranberry juice.
1st dinner I just finished,did taco tuesdsy,but with ground turkey,hard shell,an soft shells,extra sharp cheddar,sour cream,shredded lettuce,tomato,chopped jalapeños, will have leftovers for tomorrow's lunch.
2nd dinner,half can chic peas,strawberries,5 HB egg whites.I hope everyone had a great day.
 
Breakfast was two fried egg sandwiches with mayo. Three fried eggs per sandwich with 3 cups of coffee. Quart of chocolate milk and honeybun for break. Lunch was two thighs and two legs with mashed potatoes and biscuit. Dew to wash it down. Pack of tuna for second break. Spaghetti for dinner with ground turkey and beef. Legs tonight in the gym. Recently swapped gyms and the new gym has so much more equipment
