Good morning bro! N UGM community.

Breakfast omelette with onions, tomatoes & salami, had some fruits, toast & coffee

Gym- Chesticles, Tris n light Shoulder with abs

Will attend to hit cardio if time allows.

Shake & another chicken with yams.
 
When I get home I will see what brand I have it’s off Amazon or what @Poppy said. My wife buys me some probiotic juice. I will check the name of that to. Yogurts has active cultures to that might help, I use chobani
