Going to be training back and bis shortly. Had an orange, 2 pieces of sourdough and some egg whites. Protein shake with a banana after. Not sure what I’ll do for lunch
Hit legs this morning and hour of cardio after. Breakfast was 5egg whites, 1 whole egg, fiber tortilla, 1/4 oats, 2 scoops protein, and a rice crispy treat
Had same old sweet potato with pb2, eggwhites and beets. Feeling a bit nauseous hitting legs today. Putting down 4600 calories the last couple weeks and finally gaining at a good rate but I think it’s catching up on my digestion.
I haven’t before, sometimes I have pickles or sauerkraut before for the salt and natural probiotics but never bought them as a supplement. Do you have any recommendations as to brands or specific products?
When I get home I will see what brand I have it’s off Amazon or what @Poppy said. My wife buys me some probiotic juice. I will check the name of that to. Yogurts has active cultures to that might help, I use chobani
