Good morning all.Breakfast was 5 HB eggs no yolk,casein shake,2 plain bagels lightly toasted and lightly buttered.No gym today.workin half day.lunch will be two turkey and swiss with lettuce and tomato on whole wheat bread,two pieces of carrot cake, banana and cranberry juice.Not sure about dinner.Today I am grateful for opportunity to connect with people on here.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
Im taking time off even after I stopped the cipro. My hearing is back 100% now but still feel like I want to rest some. Lungs maybe 80%. Im sticking back to Intermittent fasting for now and eating more food of anything while off. So in my first meal in the window I had 3 sandwiches- only single slice bread. and now waiting on a large ass chicken kebab. that will close my feeding time for the day after that.
 
Had 4 fried eggs, 2 pieces of sausage, and 2 mass gainer pancakes for breakfast. First snack was a quart of chocolate milk. Meat pizza for lunch. Whey shake for snack. Got steaks laid out for supper. Will have a mass gainer shake after supper and cinnamon toast crunch before bed. No training today. Today I am thankful for my 4 sons and 7 daughters.
 
They each and everyone have changed or effected my life. I don’t where I would be without them. Probably dead or in prison.
 
Give me that many kids and I may Choose dead or prison haha. Nick cannon still has you beat though
 
Man they’ll drive you insane but at the same time there’s those moments they make you proud as fuck. Then those times they say shit and they’re funny as fuck. My 6 year old daughter came in from school and they had been singing that song whoop there it is. She came in saying whoop that ass. They have a tendency of keeping things interesting you could say
 
These daily logs are some of my favorites. Great way to start of your day. Also based on the responses from others I try to reproduce some of the food into my morning.

My breakfast was a 5 egg (3 whites, 2 whole) omelet with peppers, onions, a bit of feta cheese, and spinach. 1 cup Kodiak high protein oatmeal with a bit of sugar free honey.

Washed down with an ice coffee that I’ve started to brew from a budget friendly Amazon ice coffee maker. Just set it up the night before mixing the grounds and water, then flip a release button in morning to drain. Kind of looks like a science experiment as it drains into a beaker.
