April 13 diets n training

Samo samo grub. Oats whites cheese sticks etc etc

Not sure about training. Swamped at work with show stopping deadlines ugggg

Did get recognized at big meeting yesterday for a job well done on an extremely short fuse project.
 
Training shoulders. Supposed to be legs but I need another day before I hit them again. Same food as yesterday oats, shake and chicken fajitas.
 
Hot legs with my same old eggwhites sweet potato and beets, felt much better today compared to Monday. Not only was I not nauseous but moved up in weight and reps on multiple lifts and just feeling good.
 
Hit back pretty good this morning then an hour of cardio. Today is high carb day for me.

Breakfast was two pop tart, 6 egg whites, two rye bread with jam and honey, 1/2 cup oats with 75g strawberries and sugar free syrup
