April 15th installment of diets and bodybuilding

Good morning all. Breakfast was 5 HB eggs no yolk,casein shake,1 sesame seed bagel, banana, cranberry juice.No gym,gonna do a 8 mile bike ride with pushups scattered in between.Lunch will be a Salisbury Steak Hungry man.Not sure about dinner.Today I am grateful for nature,and the opportunity to enjoy it.Hope everyone has a outfuckingstanding day.

I ended up goin to the gym,I got conned into it.they have a big half tire that is weighted in the middle so it’s the weight of a full tire and then some. We did 60 flips each.Then I drank water,then threw it all up on the way out the door,atleast no women seen me.Anyfuckinways,I am adding them in now in Every workout.
 
That’s cool/good conditioning.

You can get very strong and in great shape with those.
