Woke up did bis.made breakfast. Just got back from my kids softball practice their all 4 n. 5 graders,cept one girl 6th grade,my daughter was the most well rounded player,not now that 6th grader is good. Were lucky to have we her.Well thats enough of this talking shit,all I do talk,on here,to my wife,to my dad,to the whole softball team parent have a million questions,then I talk to my psychiatrist and then talk some more to my psychologist.What the fuck
 
Samo grub. Did back first thing.

Cutting grass and the grass cutter broke literally as far my shop as it good be… soooo a trip to auto parts store for a tune up and an hour later… back to cutting grass.
 
No carb day. Was supposed to be at FD for 24 but they were going to force hold me tomorrow which means I would not be allowed to leave for another 19 hrs so, I went home sick at lunch. Leaving for Arizona tomorrow for a week and was not missing that flight
 
Had 2 waffles and an orange with some egg whites. Trained legs then had a protein shake with a banana. Made another breakfast of 2 eggs and whites with mushrooms and onions with 2 pieces of sourdough.
 
Can’t eat stomach feels like food isn’t moving so slept like shit will do back and hope that gets everything g moving to add more food.
 
I did squats, stiff legged dead lifts, and standing calf raises. Felt great so my injury from a week ago is better thank God!
Today I’ve had 3 protein/oat shakes and a meal with 10 egg whites and basmati rice. Next meal is another 10 more egg whites and basmati rice, then a protein/oat shake before bed.
