Good morning all.Breakfast was 4 HB eggs no yolk,protein shake, banana,25mg oral winny 25 mg of winny suspension. Went to YMCA gym,did legs.About to go sit down at a diner and stuff my face.Hope everyone has a great weekend.
Scrambled eggs, sausage, and fried potatoes for breakfast. Snack was Kodiak chocolate chip oatmeal. Lunch was hot ham and cheese on sub rolls. Had a quart of chocolate milk for second snack. Chest, biceps, and triceps hypertrophy this evening.
