APRIL 24 EDITION OF DIETS AND BODYBUILDING.

Hi all.gym later,doing arms.
Breakfast= 5 HB egg whites,8 oz piece of London broil rare,strawberries,water.
Lunch= 4 jumbo stuffed shells,2 chic breasts avocado oil,white n black pepper,onion powder,cranberry juice.
Dinner= whatever my daughter picks,although I'm denying her anything fast food,which means it will be a tough decision for her,lol.im grateful for every second I spend I spend with her.
Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
Trained back. I also got to spend a few hours with one of my girls today too. Which I'm always grateful for too but today I had to take her to the Registry of motor Vehicles. 2.5 hours with an appointment. Anyway 😮‍💨.......Had French toast and egg whites for breakfast. Had a fried chicken sandwich with sweet potato fries. I have some ground sirloin I need to cook. Not sure what I'll do for a carb. Protein shake with a banana.

Hoping I get release soon if I don’t eat for a few hours I feel fine then when. I eat I get full very easily and well I’m stil stuffing the meals in sowmthjng has to give and that sow
Thing is nac I’m giving it up I’ll just deal with the free radicals
 
Eating pretty much whatever. Half healthy half not. Alignment was done Monday. Tires came in today. Hopefully somebody can slap them on tomorrow THEN I will be back at the gym. Already came up with a title for my next run a little while back 😏. Weight is still at 180 so I'm good with that.

Half healthy half not is my regular diet. Right now it’s about 80/20
