APRIL 25TH INSTALLMENT OF DIETS AND TRAINING.

Hi all.No gym today.my niece is here she wanted to sleep over and do "unkie" things,she likes to hike,fish,go to the antique shops by my place,she's 12.
Breakfast was 4 turkey sausage,5 HB egg whites,2 pieces of toast,peach chobani,banana water.
Lunch my niece picked grilled hamburgers,homemade Mac n cheese and a salad.
Dinner I told her we could order out,not sure what she's gonna pick.
I'm thankful to hangout with my niece.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
Well at gym going to eat salad with chicken on it after then probably shakes the rest got he day I sit have room for food anyways. Tonight I’ll be using mdma so I’ll be cleaned out one way or another. We’ll find out whether the constipation was worth it. If it hits and I feel great yes if not well I just barely shit for few weeks for nothing
