Good morning all.Im happy to be alive,and thankful for my family.Breakfast was 1 bagel plain,1oikos, strawberries,protein shake,water.Im thinking I am gonna skip lifting today,but bring dogs on a hike later.So yes, unfortunately I am doin cardio on purpose.And we have practice and I always run with the kids.Dam cardio.
 
not cardio! Lol hit chest this morning and 20 min of sprints then walked for 30 min at an incline. Had 5 egg whites, half a avacodo, 8oz shrimp, some almond butter on toast
 
5 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, 2 Turkey bacon, 50 grams oats, 50 grams strawberries; 8 oz chicken thigh, 180 g rice, 10 asparagus. Lifted this AM, Upper workout… had a shake and banana immediately post workout. Dinner tonight will most likely be left over pulled pork in the form of Tacos
 
Picked up some goodies today.

I’ve thought about mass gainers for calories how full do they make you feel like if I had one before bed would it sit as heavy as a large meal
 
They don’t make me feel real full like a meal. Like drinking a big glass of milk to me. I add 2 eggs, 2 scoops of peanut butter, a whole banana, and I use whole milk. I can smash them out in one drink, maybe two sometimes. I drink 2 a day. One before I workout and one before bed. I can just about drink one and still eat a full meal.
 
I can’t sleep when full I just roll Around bell I threw up water from eating so much
