April 2nd diets and training

Today was my no carb day👎.
Trained legs
34 sets total quads and hams.
Zero energy for intervals today so just walked for 30 min
Installed 150ft of deer fence today hopefully I’ll do another 150 tomorrow.
 
Back toy chciken and rice down a few
Pounds from he bad food but we will comeback stronger tomorrow
