August 12th edition of diets and training

Good morning all.Breakfast was a cheese steak,banana,coffee water.Just had a protein shake blended with strawberries and chia seeds,1 table spoon Avacado oil,2 raw eggs.Gonna do bis and traps after work.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
Had some eggs and toast for breakfast, a shake before my grandmas funeral, a sandwich after. Headed to Ann Arbor for 9 days tomorrow for instructor training, no gym while I’m there. When I get back, I gotta get out of my funk.
 
Well with my excellent blood labs and checkup yesterday I did what @Neuro suggested and treated myself this evening.

Beings it’s been storming all fay we ordered delivery from the local mom n pop joint. They’ve always had arguably the best cheese burger I’ve ever had. The “fatboy” special…2 handmade patties… looks to be about 1/3 pound each…fries and a drink. I ended up eating my burger and half of wifes… some of the fries…I’m stuffed!!!

That sounds so good!

Ground beef/steak and fried rice for work all weekend. Brining multiple Yoo-hoo/chocolate milk protein power and carb powder combo shakes to work this weekend to try and at least get some more calories in.
