August 12th installment of diets and training

Good afternoon all. Breakfast was 4 eggs over easy,5 turkey sausage,4 pieces whole wheat toast with homemade strawberry jam, banana and a water. Future ex-wife brought my outfuckingstanding daughter and her friend and we practiced switch hitting for a hour,then normal hitting for 20 mins each.They play “Fall Ball” for a month n a half come school time,not to mention,cheer leading and school coming up.I took them out to lunch when we finished then they left.Goin to the pool soon to swim some laps,to keep my girlie figure.Dinner will be flounder,in a white wine,butter and lemon juice, risotto,and a salad.Today I am grateful for my daughter.Hope everyone has a great weekend.
 
Piddling around here. Got grand daughter this weekend so her and baby girl been in the pool all day. Just chilling this afternoon. No training except for playing “get me” in the pool. Both girls are great swimmers and they have flippers and can move very fast in them. They wore me out.
 
Dinner was BBQ chicken thighs and homemade mash potatoes w/ a pat of butter.

No training today but I did clean the entire house, bathroom, and did all my laundry 😂
 
I’m on a mini vacation in Montreal to see Metallica this weekend. Still eating clean with the exception of some alcohol. Hope everyone has a great weekend as well
