Good morning all.Breakfast was 2 peach oikos,1plain bagel, banana, strawberrys,water coffee.working til 1500.lunch will be whatever slop the chow hall serves.No training today.Dinner will be chicken,not sure how I’m gonna prepare it,with a salad,and oatmeal raisin cookies.Today I am grateful for the cool weather and cloudy day.
 
Homemade shrimp salad tonight.

Been a rough 2 days at work with a comprehensive problem requiring studying extremely large blueprints on a computer… my eyes and brain are fried.

Brutal heat still. No nothing tonight
 
I’m not to fond of them either but it makes my job easier with built in breaks because the blasted things are ALWAYS breaking.

Today I did 4 sets each: chest , delts, biceps , triceps, and 35 minutes on the treadmill.
I’ve upped my gear doses and I’m upping my meals by one shake bringing me up to 5 shakes and one food meal. I really don’t like eating food. No way in hell will I date a fat girl or a foodie. If I could look this way and never eat again I’d do that and save money. My food meal today was egg whites and rice, and it was bland and disgusting as usual. Haha I love my shakes though! 😀
