Good morning all.Breakfast was cinnamon and sugar pop tarts,ate two packages.Strawberrys,a banana,coffee,water.
Right now I’m with the future ex-wife and my daughter,goin school shopping.my daughter had a doctor’s appointment this am,just a check up…SHES 5’7 and 12 years old doctor said she’s gonna be 6 ft.OUTFUCKINGSTANDING…
Lunch will be whatever my daughter chooses.No gym today.
Not sure about dinner.Today I am grateful for the time I’m spending with my daughter.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
So no training today I had normal breakfast then shake with a a few gummy bears as second meal I’m cutting back on some cal s the next 4 weeks leading to meet. Not a lot but I’ll be taking my junk meal out and
Adding more chicken and rice.
 
Trained back. Breakfast was egg whites and toast with PB and some banana. Lunch was pork loin tacos. Dinner was chicken and pasta. As always, a yogurt, cottage cheese and a shake
