August 19th installment of diets and bodybuilding

Good afternoon all.Breakfast was 5 eggs over easy,3 pieces of whole wheat toast, strawberrys,200mg edible,water.
Did some laps in the pool at the YMCA.Lunch was
2 breaded chic breast sandwichs,lett, tomato, pepper jack, cranberry juice, banana.Not sure about dinner,maybe burgers…
 
Breakfast was 3 fried eggs on toast with just enough mayonnaise to taste with coffee. Second meal was 3 boiled eggs and pint of chocolate milk. Lunch was shredded chicken and rice covered in cheese. 4th meal was pint of chocolate milk, P3 with turkey, colby jack cheese, cashews, and dark chocolate covered cranberries, and a honey bun. 5th meal is chicken, green beans, mac n cheese, and rice. Need to grab a couple tires before the gym. Woke up to a flat this am. Tonight’s training is chest, Biceps, and Triceps. Hypertrophy night.
 
That means you know it’s full of the good protein haha that was a pec not a breast.
 
I made the family breakfast. Eggs, home fries, and bacon.

Dinner was homemade buffalo wings and corn on the cob. I cooked them in my air fryer 👍
