August 1st edition of diets and training

Good morning all.Got some goodies in the mail yesterday.No gym,just work today.Breakfast was peach chobani with cut up strawberries added,4 turkey sausage,4 eggs HB no yolk,coffee and water.Not sure about lunch and dinner.Today i am grateful for my family and their support.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.

Not sure if it’s the astragalus or just regular maybe a bit more of water uptake…. But I’m peeing more. It’s nice and clear after 10am.
 
Im struggling to make mine clear,these vitamins make it hard,im peeing normal amount of times,im working outside sweatin a lot out to,its hard to keep up with
 
Oatmeal and egg whites. Yogurt and almonds. Chicken sausage with broccoli salad. Protein shake. I ordered some astragalus myself. What are you guys taking yours at? Not sure about the dosage
