August 20th edition of diets and training

Good morning all.Breakfast was 4 scrambled eggs,1 plain bagel,1 protein shake blended with strawberries and chia seeds, grapes,water and the wife bought me some Black Rifle Coffee pods so nice and strong cup a coffee.
 
Today will be 5 protein/oat shakes and my grandma’s 99th birthday dinner. My uncle is making me the perfect meal for my diet:
  • fillet mignon(fat trimmed)
  • dry baked potato
  • dry salad
  • probably asparagus
I’m going to train back in my hotel room with my bands and then go to the hotel gym and do one arm dumbbell rows and cardio on the recombinant bike and treadmill,
 
Trained back traps and bis. Had a protein shake with strawberry and bananas. Then it was top round and rice. Just finished some cottage cheese, crackers, yogurt and English muffin with peanut butter. At midnight I’ll have chicken wraps and sometime before I go home I’ll have 2 eggs and chicken sausage on an everything bagel.
