August 24th edition of diets and training

Good morning all.1st breakfast was light,cause I went and swam some laps and did tire flipping.peach chobani, banana,and a English muffin with homemade strawberry jam. After the gym it was 5 HB eggs no yolk,4 turkey sausage,another chobani,2 English muffins toasted with cream cheese.Working til 1500.Lunch will be whatever sloppy shit the chow hall serves.Dinner will be chicken wraps with chipotle garlic seasoning,tomatoes,red peppers,a salad and 5 oatmeal raisin cookies.Second dinner will be cereal.Today I am grateful for all the small things in my life that I usually take for granted.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
Hoping to train legs later. Food is the same, chicken wraps, Spicy Thai chicken and rice. Yogurt and cottage cheese. Egg and cheese wraps. Protein shake.
