Train lower in a bit.

I’m a bit miffed over the college loan forgiveness…admittedly I don’t know all the details yet.

Count Chocula, Boo Berry and Franken Berry all three making a comeback! I can’t wait!

Did cardio, 30 min this AM, it’s the 4th day straight, feel like im dying every morning when I do it. Wife is fighting an upper arm injury, we made the difficult decision yesterday to withdraw her from the meet she’s training for. I won’t risk injury to her, and being only 4 weeks out leaves little time to recover and recoup.

Food is 🤷

BF #2 - Overnight oat in soy milk, 1/2 scoop of protein powder, w/ honey and Cinnamon and pecans

Breakfast was oatmeal and egg whites. Bagel and butter.
Yogurt, cottage cheese and triscutts. Chicken and pasta. Ground beef and rice. Protein shake. Work provided lunch today. I already ate what I brought but they had a tray of shaved steak and cheese with some other crap. Needless to say I didn’t pass that up. Is it bulking season yet? 😂
