August 27th edition of diets and bodybuilding

Good morning all.Breakfast was protein shake with two packages of oatmeal,2 tbl spoons of PB,1 tbl spoon Avacado oil,1 plain bagel, banana,coffee and water.Gonna work a few hours then come home and shoot the crossbow a bit make sure everythings copacetic with it,early bow opens in about 3 weeks it’ll still be warm so we will see how soon I hunt.maybe I’ll start out with the compound bow,then switch to crossbow once October hits.Today I am grateful for the country I live in and the great men who fought for it’s freedom.
 
Oats with raisins. Drank some egg whites. Had the usual cottage cheese and yogurt. Chicken and pasta then hamburger and rice. Protein shake probably. Hoping to hit the gym after work but I don’t know what I’ll do. Been slacking lately
 
Well @Poppy started termianl list and like usual they can never get the details correct,I can’t help but pick things apart first off,they get to the opening of the tunnel and use a torch to get thru the rebar,all while wearing NVGs they wouldn’t be able to see shit with a light that bright that close to their NVGs,all the while the rest of the groups mills about like a bunch a cattle providing no type of security and again once they gain access someone has a bright ass headlight on while everyone has their NVGs on again nobody would be able to see shit…
 
Got my little freight elevator functional. Working on guides now so it’ll go up In hole true. Of course baby girl got first ride.
