october 16th edition of diet and training

Good morning all.no work.went to gym and tire flipped, 3min intervals x 5.
Breakfast was 7 egg whites,4 turkey sausage,1 plain bagel,banana,coffee n water.Not sure about lunch.Dinner will be ahi steak,basmati,and a salad,dessert will be apple pie and vanilla ice cream.Gonna take a walk in a bit to throw some corn down around my tree stand,I'll put 50lbs in my back pack,and I'll walk in with my crossbow,maybe kick deer up while I'm in the woods and get a shot off.Today I am grateful I have the ability to go into the woods and can catch/kill my dinner,then process the whole animal myself and share with my family.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
Cramped on a southwest flight headed to see my buddy down south. Spend a few days surrounded by nothing but cows and growing peas. Thankfully he’s got a gym on property and will get some metro flex style training in this week.
 
My diet was shit today. It's a free day but tomorrow I'm fasting and will be back day after. Doing something new with legs today and focus on knee again. It's strong enough to do Bulgarian split squats so going high volume thru out the day. And finish in gym late for a fast leg press, hamstring curls and extensions.
 
Got my follow-up tomorrow. Neck feels great. Weight hasn't changed and I'm happy because I'm eating like shit. I'm grateful for family and friends and I love them to death but they've brought me chicken soup, pumpkin bread, banana bread, apple pie, apple crisp and I just had someone drop off brownies today 😭. My willpower is so weak and I'm so bored lol

I ate some food, we’re hosting a trades expo at work, I yelled at some idiots. Training is blah, what ever I’ve done to my forearm flexors and left distal biceps tendon is swollen and bruised and just fucked… I’ve decided to give zero fucks, Monday I’m buying a Streetglide.
