Good afternoon all.Went to YMCA early this morning and swam laps in the pool.Breakfast was a banana,chobani,1 cinnamon raisin bagel,4 HB eggs no yolk,water.working til 1500.lunch will be whatever slop shit the chow hall is serving.Not sure about dinner yet.Today I am grateful for the cool weather.Hope everyone has a smooth and day.
 
All singles today on squats second to last heavy session so much chciken and rice maybe pork
Loin and rice or shake depending on time at work doing 12 hour

I trained biceps and triceps.
I’ve had 3 protein shakes. Cooking my rice in the rice cooker and thawing out my chicken breasts now.
 
We’re getting ready for the tropical storm. Supposed to hit Florida as a hurricane and come over us as a storm with lots of rain.
 
Just read in obits that an old retired master sergeant that used to work at the plant has died… 89 yo. He was a good dude.
