Good morning all.Breakfast was cherry frosted pop tarts, vanilla protein shake blended with strawberries and chia seeds,4 HB eggs no yolk, coffee and water.No work and no lifting beach today with wife and kid.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
BF #1 - Overnight oat in Soy milk, w/ honey and Cinnamon
BF #2 - 3 Eggs/3 Egg Whites
Snack #1 - Strawberry/Banana 50g protein smoothie
Lunch - Ground Turkey, protein rice, mix veggies
Snack #2 - Protein Bar
Dinner - Leftovers from the week

Workout:
7x1 Warm up Push Jerk
5x2 Heavy Push Jerk (#205ish)

8 Rounds For Time:
8 Push Jerks 135#
8 Lateral Barbell Burpees
 
1st meal was 4 eggs scrambled, 2 potatoes fried, and 4 slices of bacon. 2nd meal was P3 snack and chocolate milk. 3rd meal is 2 boneless chicken breast and potatoes. 4th meal is a mass gainer shake. 5th meal is 2 boneless chicken breast and potatoes. 6th meal is a mass gainer shake. 7th meal is two burgers. 8th meal is a shake. Going to wait on my last shake until right before bed. Pull day today. Back, biceps, and shoulders.
 
Luckily all my vehicles are paid off. And I love to hunt. I’ll eat on deer from fall to spring. I need some of them shrimp you got. I use to eat a lot of snapping turtle but I got tired of dealing with them.
 
I hear ya. Venison is some of the best protein on the planet. Delicious too.

Waiting on some more scallops, sea mullet, grouper, trigger fish… they just clamped down on flounder. Won’t get none of them no time soon.
 
That would be lovely. I usually grind all my deer minus the tenderloin. I spend the better part of week prepping my meat. The kids love it.
 
Did shoulders, traps and forearms today. Breakfast was waffles and egg whites. Protein shake and fruit. Chipotle for lunch. Yogurt and cottage cheese and I believe chicken fajitas for dinner.

Today I trained back, and I just did a cardio walk.
I’ve upped my shakes/meals to 7 as of a couple days ago and everything looks more full.
I’ve had 3 shakes today. About to have #4.
