Good morning all.Breakfast 1 chobani,2 cans a tuna plain,1 plain bagel,grapes, banana, cappuccino and water.Gonna do legs after work Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
Protein shake with fruit. Oatmeal with chocolate whey and some peanut butter. Cottage cheese and yogurt. Spicy peanut butter chicken and rice and ground beef and rice.
Rest day for me which means carbs are pretty low, lots of meat and veg today saving some room for a couple of sweet potato fries later as I gradually increase food.
It was real good, and no heart arrhythmia this time. I think adding magnesium to my diet did the trick, plus I didn’t have alcohol.
Today my abs look like so it’s time to sweat out that water.
