Good afternoon all.Breakfast was 2 cans a tuna with hot sauce,1 plain bagel, banana,water.Lunch was 2 turkey and white American sandwiches,with lettuce and tomato.Grapes, cranberry juice.Working til 1500,then goin to swim some laps.Dinner will be chicken wraps,with a Chipotle garlic pepper rub I’m gonna add red onion,and fresh tomatoes from the garden that my future ex-wife gave me.She doesnt even need me,does the whole garden by herself from the rototiller to the homemade jam,to making pickles to making our own sauce Anyfuckinways that basically my diet and day.Today I am grateful for all the small things in my life that I seem to take for granted all to often.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day
