Who here trains calves and gets frustrated weeks later with no visible improvements? I know I have or I see a little bit and I quit lol. Well for the last few years i train them 3 times a week and make them hurt bad. It sucks and I hate/love it but it works. I use to have super skinny non existent calves. Now they are ok. I want them a lot bigger I still think they are small.

So what do I do for them you ask? Well honestly I do what John meadows does. Yes he’s my coach but before he became my coach I followed his YouTube channel and did all his calf routines. I

Nice calves! I got my best results doing calves 3 times a week and using a different exercise each workout, 1 exercise 10 sets, all 3 toe positions: straight ahead, toes pointed out, and toes pointed in, slow controlled reps, none of the bouncing shit.
