We’re back in the groove! The decrease in reta honestly has made me feel a lot better, hungry but better. 219 at check in today coming off 3 medium days. I would anticipate a run of low days here in the future. What do you do to help with the hunger other than reta?
As I am learning about MOT-C are you concerned at all that you are hammering your mitochondria pathways that may need to regenerate between uses?

Hello, mitochondria are protected by glutathione and vitamin C. The body can produce glutathione on its own, but it needs the right precursors and a lot has to happen, and that’s just how it is. It’s precisely glutathione that defends mitochondria against free radicals, mainly through daily processes, which are influenced by many factors.


So in today’s world and in our modern lifestyle, maintaining cells is very challenging, and this is where MOTS-C does a huge job. I love this compound — I’ve been studying it for a long time, and it could be a breakthrough for cell protection. As I mentioned above, producing glutathione in the body isn’t simple, and MOTS-C helps a lot.

My liver panels were awful, they improved on their own somewhat. I have lab results from before and after IM Glutathione and they are now normal. Currently at 100 mg per day IM. I would like to reduce from daily to 3x a week, once a week? Based on do I need it? Can I just adjust back up if my panels go off or is that just going to happen? No liquor in years, out of logistics and all that shit.

As a curiosity, you can also administer glutathione subcutaneously. What’s important is that injections need to be done slowly, and it should be dissolved carefully because it can degrade. So don’t shake it while dissolving — just mix gently, and inject slowly.


Now, the question is why the liver problem keeps coming back? You can use glutathione continuously and nothing bad will happen, but do you have enough space for injections? :)


What I can suggest is to add 500 mg of TUDCA with your main meal and stop glutathione. Then see how your labs look after 2–3 weeks. Remember, don’t do tests right after heavy training because the results will be distorted. Cheers!

Adjust down and see what happens! Add some NAC, and TUDCA. maybe even some glycine to boost natural glutathione.

Been using semax and Selank this past week and wow what a combo. For those on tren. Or in prep i HIGHLY Recommend this combo. 1mg of each and my brain has been fog and anxiety free even on clen and tren. I am honestly shocked at how incredible this combo has been for me. I will continue to use it. Maybe split dosing 500mcg am 500 mcg early afternoon and see how that helps. Next step is to add oxytocin at night!

Hello my fine friends. I want to apologize for my absence last week, was a very sttragne week. Prep and tren caught up and was in a mental place that needed some space! Thankfully my gf is someone who is all too familiar with the mental challenges of prep and she was a rockstar.

216.8 today, Weve been spending the last week or so playing around with foods and see which food hold s and fiulls me up the best… going to add some winstrol and proviron in this week!

All modifiers have been dropped, volume coming down this week. Plan is to have a hard cut week this week and hopefully pull the last bit of fat off the lower back and glutes and then glide into the show! Dues are paid, tan is booked, now we pose pose pose pose pose pose and bring it home!
