Eggs to be French style (aka soft scrambled)
Add a pound of Turkey Breakfast sausage if desired.
Does not freeze well, mix and eat fresh my friends.

Take two to four mozzarella cheese sticks…open individually one at a time and eat them and/or crack 3-4 eggs in a pampered chef thingy and microwave for about one minute…add salt and eat and/or measure out 1/2 cup of kind peanut butter oat granola…eat.
 
Well my favorite thing is breakfast and its ez. 6 scrambled eggs bout 15 slices of bacon two biscuits all chopped up in little pieces w a cup of cheddar cheese and a half a pot of instant pack gravy. Stir it all up in a big ole bowl add a lil hot sauce and a glass of milk and im a happy man
 
Put bacon in pan cook drain greese put eggs in pan cook till time is still runny but whites are settled boom breakfast
 
If I had time for biscuits and Gravy we got a dam. Feast. That will get me to 308
 
Prior to my diabetes adventure…that’s what wife made me every single day… on sundays she would scramble 15 eggs make 5 biscuits… divide them up Into 5 tupperwares cover everything with sausage gravy and taadaa 5 breakfasts for mon - fri.
 
Ok… just had what I believe is my final product on second breakfast.

In a largish shaker container mix

Aprox 20 ozs of diet cranberry or diet crangrape or diet crancherry juice…add

2 scoops of vanilla protein powder

1 pack emergenC

2 scoops of amino energy

Shake well and drink

This gives me right at 50g of protein a mix of vitamins and minerals, 200mg of caffeine… with almost zero carbs and sugar.

Tastes delicious to me.

I’ve been playing with it for a month or so as a brunch to have a low/zero fat/carb/sugar hold over to lunch. I believe this is what I’ll roll with for a few months to see how it works.
 
I guess for someone wanting carbs, waxy maize or maltodex could be added.
