How much should I be using and how often?

Just like anything else, you will have to determine for you. I take 60mg daily, now. That’s my lowest dose where labs stay excellent.

Add zinc to your daily supplement list once starting this.

I’m right at 200mg a week split 2 or 3 times.

Telmisartan - titrate up from 20mg daily to 80 mg max dependent on BP.

Glutathione - 2 to 3 times a week 200 - 300mg total per week
