Research and if you have a question ask im happy to help but you gotta put in some work you need a basic understanding of what you are doing you really worry me about not knowing even a cookie cutter pct this shit is serious and will really mess you up quickly. I don’t ever want to see that happen.

I would recommend doing what @Bigmurph said…read read read…ask questions…pct back to your levels…and if your dead set on another cycle…read some more.
