Hi guys,hope everyone is ready to tackle the days work, and eating and lifting.I am a few weeks into PCT, and I hate PCT, and I’m pretty strict with it,I cycle, PCT, AND then usually go natural another month or so, then get back to it.So my breakfast was a 12in chicken cheese steak, cheddar,tomato,lettuce,hot sauce, grapes and a water,it was fantastic.When I get home from work I will do chest,not sure exactly what movement, but it will be something.i got nieces bday party tomorrow,I will knock a few GIN OJ and GRENADINEs at the party. Also I wanted to say thanks to @Bigmurph and other Mods for their hard work and dedication to this place.I like the people here and all the camaraderie here, it’s a great place, lots of knowledge floating around and shared between all of us,if your new make use of the the topics and information that is constantly flowing thru here Have a good day motherfuckers.
