Chest workout: informative article

Chest is my weak point for sure. I always feel my tris take over my push movements.

I found starting a chest workout with low weight, high rep cable flys helps me pre-activate/feel my chest more the rest of the workout. Flat barbell bench, incline dumbbell, and cable flys are my go-to’s

Yeah man there’s some good videos on how to avoid that, look up Charles Glass he’s a bad ass old school bodybuilder, he really knows his stuff and he focus’s on proper technique not so much about weight.

That’s article is good shit. I’ve never been able to effectively perform a dumbell pull over. I’ve done it plenty but I never get the chest activation I’m looking for. I feel it in my chest/lats and upper triceps. I know people love it but after plenty of attempts over the years to incorporate it I’ve pretty much wrote it off.

I’m glad you enjoyed it, I liked it also not full of a bunch of BS, it’s actually some useful info. I’m going to have to try that dumbbell pull over also. I always thought people were doing that work out for triceps. Still learning.
