Hey. Long time no post from me. The last 6 months I have been having lots of issues, lower back, shoulders, neck, knees and overall pain limiting me on working out like I usually do. I felt like I was losing strength. I first I thought it was old age, and just progressively getting worse (I do have some injuries from service, but they have always been manageable). Anyways. For the last 6 months I have been taking 6mg of cialis daily, mostly for workouts, 😉 and was thinking it would be beneficial. Well, after seeing a neurologist and 3 MRIs, X-rays and a electrical signal check, (not sure what it’s called) they stick pins in you and check nerve connectivity, the only thing recommended was ablation of nerves in my back and neck. Well, the wife was against it and we started talking about when it happened with my doc. I thought about the cialis, and thought, WTF, I stop taking it. Within 4 days, back pain, shoulders and overall joint pain, started going away. I mean to the point this week I did deadlifts some heavy dumbbells on bench, light squats and leg press. Shoulders I am staying away from till they fix a herniated disc between C6-C7 which is causing my hand numbness and tingling in both hands thumb, forefinger and middle fingers. Anyways. Completely different mindset, hope to get back in line before my 63 birthday. 😅. I will keep you all posted. Just need to fix my neck, and that will be good. Oh, neck injury was from TBI, and the my primary care outsourced it, so I am at the University of Chicago hospitals now. Def a win. A great network there. Happy new year! I’ll keep yall posted!
