Okay, well we did not do this the first time so...
50 YOA 5'11" 177 lbs BF 19.1%
In January I was 242 at FAT, who cares seriously never put a number to a viusual metric. Probably the third time I got fat. College at 23, after discgarge and working at the Sheriffs Office, 38? Lost it all each time with exercise and eating healthy, I thought. Muscle catabolism from shit keto diet's, etc... Horrible mood swings and all the things that go along with being unhealthy.
Truck driving, depression and alcohol and we got fat, fat.....
So, PCP did my physcical and I think my test was 440, anyway low but not going to do anything about it. Being fat high estrogen, the alcohol and shit...
07NOV2024 took a job teaching and did not want to make the same mistakes, new ones happened but hey.
Fixed the diet, chicken and rice, shakes and yogurt. Littel OCD on that still but scurvy jokes aside, I eat fruit just to say I do.
So I decided to self medicate and read a lot. NIH journals, webpages, Paul Barnette and pharmokinetics of a pharmcology of AAS. Obviously the is PHD level information and well, we did it anyway. The goal was recomposition.
01JAN2025 was at 242, 01MAR2025 was at 225 31% started Testosterone. Not TRT, there was a plan.
March to April ran Sustanon at 125 2 x a week. Test was >1500 E2 at 39 . Diet 2700 calories usually 235 pro 235 car and 100 g fat give or take variations.
May and June we added Masteron Prop, seems unceccessary now. I felt great on 250 and went to 60/40 daily TP and MP labs at 1500 plus, E2 at 39 . Dr. did regular labs and nothing of note. Started tossing in Winstrol in the AM before runs.
July was to be the end of that anyway but ened up total MGS to 700 and puffy tits, could see them in the mirror and we dropped to 125 a week Test and Novaldex. That shit works, low E side effects and all. Felt like shit. Naieve, fat, new, ugh.....
Oh, Clen, T3 a week at a time, logged but often.
So last I messaged Poppy I went with 100 TP and 50 MP EOD at 525 a week.
Train by logbook, plus reps or plus weight weekly. Looking for progress and clean real gains.
Went back to Test only since I never got a baseline for TRT and I achieved my goal. Weight loss without muscle loss and I gained alot. So....where to now? New Labs
Goals:
15 percent body fat have struggled to get past 20 and stuck at 19. Calories in and calories out. Probably going back to my strength and conditioning class. I need to lose fat and just maintain and I can do that. But leg day was today. All machines but cannot stop eating after. All healthy and I can keep it balanced but three pounds of grapes can go on the way home.
Need to diversify. Well, ranting now. In hindsight could have done better.
