It was some time ago in a thread about quality of sleep when @Kad1 suggested a small carb meal in the evening to help stay asleep.
My dilemma that comes and goes every so often is waking up in the middle of the night and not getting back to sleep. Most of the time I would be hungry as my post supper beetes meds would wipe out whatever I had in me.
I’ve started having a small carb snack (as @Kad1 suggested) about an hour before bed and it seems to be working. I’ve been sleeping soundly through the night.
Interesting side note. After that revelation a couple months ago…I, recently, changed my cpap head gear to something way more comfortable and I’m rocking my
now. I haven’t required a nap in a long time.
