Cooler weather make sure you aren’t neglecting

I’ve been dehydrated a lot lately.

My biggest issue is I can’t have any water on floor at work so I go hours no drinking. Sometimes I just want to do chug out of water we put in products. Like the NOXygen I made yesterday.

I have to keep a gallon at work so I can monitor how much I’ve been drinking. Small bottles I lose track

I would go insane! I love/hate water, but my mouth and pallet get so damn dry if I’m not sipping on it all day.

The one damn agency that tells us what we should put into our body doesn’t allow water. That’s it, I thought I heard it all, but now I’m truly flabbergasted! :man_facepalming:t3:

No outside food or liquids and now with construction is a haul to break room so you have to degown and everything just to get some water. I used to be able to keep bottles in locker so it wasn’t as bad

Yeah, I truly understand the premise of outside contaminants and whatnot. They should at least have some water coolers in a zoned quarantined area that’s contaminant free, where you can go get a cup of water.

Or, a Gatorade boy that runs into the work area and squirts Gatorade into your mouth through a drinking tube, like our old gas masks!
